Mark is a firm believer in co-operative values and embraces them personally. Through much of his career, he held executive positions within the co-operative, technology and health sectors, always passionate about innovation and leadership.

Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, a venture capitalist, consultant and governance expert. A graduate of the University of Regina, Mark has completed many education and professional designations.

Kathryn Pollack, Vice Chair

Kathryn is the Chair of the Public Service Commission, with the Government of Saskatchewan. She lives in the R.M. of Lumsden with her husband and two children. Kathryn has a broad range of professional experience across multiple sectors and is passionate about developing teams and helping people leverage their unique strengths.

Annette Bester

Karla Hardcastle

Karla is a co-operator at heart and believes in the co-operative values and putting the needs of members first. She is a successful REALTOR, Associate Broker and co-owner of a small real estate brokerage in Northern Saskatchewan; and previously worked for over a decade in the province’s regional college system. Having lived in Northern Saskatchewan since childhood, she brings a unique perspective to the board table. She is a high energy person and a committed life-long learner.

Adam Hicks

Adam is passionate about the values for which Conexus stands. He is proud to be part of an organization with a long track record of successfully serving members while supporting communities across Saskatchewan. Adam has a background in entrepreneurship, finance, and IT. He had a fulfilling career over 10 years with the Government of Saskatchewan in various management roles. Adam is an active volunteer in Regina and is passionate about improving the lives of all citizens.

Ken Kosolofski

Ken held a number of executive positions in his close to two decades in the credit union system including several years as the President and CEO of Concentra Bank (a credit union owned, federally regulated bank). He is a passionate believer and a lifetime member of the credit union system.

Ken also has a background serving on various boards and community organizations including the Regina and District Foodbank, Civic Pension and Long-Term Disability Board, Mobius Benefit Administrators, and a Delegate to the Co-operative Superannuation Society.

Ranjith (Ran) Narayanasamy

Ran is currently the President and CEO of the Petroleum Technology Research Centre. He has always been a community leader, encouraging economic development and investment. Ran leads world class teams consisting of subject matter experts in CO2 capture utilization and storage and helps energy companies solve their ESG problems.  Ran won the Premier’s award for public service excellence for the implementation of an Indigenous Procurement strategy at SaskPower.

Bradyn Parisian

Bradyn is currently the Vice President of Indigenous Relations & DEI with Hudson’s Bay Company, but also lends his background as a serial entrepreneur with experience in renewable energy, management consulting and tech (hardware & SaaS).  He is a top-rated business instructor at First Nations University of Canada, and is the Rawlinson Executive-in-Residence for Indigenous Entrepreneurship with the UofR’s Faculty of Business.

Bradyn has served on many boards and community organizations including First Nations Power Authority, MLCN Investment Management Corp and more.
