Update for all branches

Conexus is committed to doing our very best to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 while serving you safely. We are continually monitoring the situation and with the recent guidelines and recommendations of public health and government officials, we are making changes to our branch operations.

Doing our part by serving you differently:

All of our branches across Saskatchewan have moved to service-by-appointment only for all advice-based services such as savings, retirement, loan applications, etc. We encourage these meetings be done virtually.

Our branches continue to be open for  your transactional day-to-day banking needs such as:

  • Accessing your safety deposit box
  • Getting a new member card, or pinning a member card
  • Coin and cash services for our business members

To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we encourage you to limit your visits to the branch and explore the different ways you can bank. If you’re unsure if you need an appointment or not, please contact us at 1-800-667-7477 and we'd be happy to help you out.

If you need to visit a branch, you will be required to: 

  • wear a mask at all times within the branch
  • use hand sanitizer when entering
  • follow strict physical distancing, noted with floor decals

If you are sick, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19, you or someone in your household is waiting on test results, or you have travelled internationally, including to the United States, in the past 14 days, please do not visit a branch and give us a call instead.


Mandatory Masks – Saskatchewan

Following the guidelines set by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, as of Thursday, November 19, masks will be mandatory in all public spaces of all Conexus branches and corporate service locations across Saskatchewan.
 
If visiting a branch, we ask you to wear a mask and if you cannot wear a mask for any reason, please call us first. We are able to deliver banking services remotely and our Member Contact Centre is available to help you manage your finances.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have followed the advice of the Government of Saskatchewan to ensure we were able to maintain access for our members, while doing our part to flatten the curve. We thank you for your flexibility as we evolved and continue to evolve our services to protect the health and financial well-being of our members and communities.

As of August 19, all Conexus branches are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with some open Saturday. In branch, there is a continued emphasis on physical distancing practices and we are encouraging everyone to wear masks at all times within the branch. What you can expect when visiting our branches

We are following the physical distancing recommendations provided by the Government of Saskatchewan of maintaining safe distancing of 2 metres between members. We ask that you please follow the directional and spacing signage while you are inside the branch.

We are doing our best to minimize wait times in our branches, and would encourage you to call first to allow us to explore options with you to more conveniently serve your need without having to attend a branch. If we are not able to serve your need over the phone we can book you an appointment to attend a branch with priority access. Without an appointment you may be asked to wait outside the branch at peak times.

We are continuing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing measures between each member. This also includes wiping down surfaces, devices, pin pads and ATMs routinely.

Banking differently

Bank from the safety of your own home. We’ve greatly expanded our Member Contact Centre capacity to ensure our employees are available to help you to manage your finances remotely over the phone. Don’t hesitate – call us first. We’re here to help.

In addition, your Conexus Member Card provides you access to one of the largest ATM networks in Canada, and we encourage you to use remote banking services via our mobile app and online banking for your day-to-day banking needs such as depositing cheques, paying bills or transferring funds.
