Update on individual branches

With the recent spike of COVID-19 cases and variants, we’re taking additional precautions in our Regina branches that we want you to be aware of.

Effective March 31, 2021 we are limiting the number of members in the branch and enforcing strict social and physical distancing practices. All advice-based services such as savings, retirement, loan applications, etc. will be held virtually.

We remain operational for all of your banking needs, however, ask you to limit your visits to the branch for urgent services that can only be done in-person, such as:

  • Accessing your safety deposit box
  • Getting a new member card, or pinning a member card
  • Coin and cash services for our business members

For day-to-day banking such as cheque deposits, fund transfers, bill payments, etc., we encourage you to use other remote banking options such as online, mobile and telephone banking. If visiting a branch, here’s what you can expect: 

  • We are limiting the number of people in the branch, so you may be asked to wait outside
  • We are practicing strict social and physical distancing, and increased cleaning protocols
  • You will be required to wear a mask at all times within the branch.

If you are sick, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19, you or someone in your household is waiting on test results, or you have travelled internationally, including the United States, in the past 14 days, please do not visit a branch until it is safe to do so.    


Mandatory Masks – Saskatchewan

Following the guidelines set by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, as of Thursday, November 19, masks will be mandatory in all public spaces of all Conexus branches and corporate service locations across Saskatchewan.
 
If visiting a branch, we ask you to wear a mask and if you cannot wear a mask for any reason, please call us first. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have followed the advice of the Government of Saskatchewan to ensure we are able to maintain access for our members, while doing our part to flatten the curve. We thank you for your flexibility as we continue to evolve and continue to evolve our services to protect the health and financial well-being of our members and communities.

Most Conexus branches are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with some locations open Saturday. We are following the physical distancing recommendations provided by public health and government officials of maintaining safe distancing of 2 metres between members and wearing a mask at all times within the branch. What you can expect when visiting our branches

We are following the physical distancing recommendations provided by the Government of Saskatchewan of maintaining safe distancing of 2 metres between members. We ask that you please follow the directional and spacing signage while you are inside the branch.

We are doing our best to minimize wait times in our branches, and would encourage you to call first to allow us to explore options with you to more conveniently serve your need without having to attend a branch. If we are not able to serve your need over the phone we can book you an appointment to attend a branch with priority access. Without an appointment you may be asked to wait outside the branch at peak times.

We are continuing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing measures between each member. This also includes wiping down surfaces, devices, pin pads and ATMs routinely.
