Our Approach

We love staying connected with our members through social media. The Public Relations team within Conexus maintains our social media channels and our postings are intended to provide relevant and timely information within regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any postings outside of regular business hours (including statutory holidays) will be responded to the following business day.

Any comments made publicly on our social media channels will be monitored and should not be considered official forms of communication through Conexus. Any profane, inappropriate or offensive comments will be removed immediately. We want you to stay secure, so please do not post personal information about yourself or others on social media.

Our social media pages are intended for sharing information and engaging in conversations regarding Conexus Credit Union business or community investment initiatives we directly support. We thank everyone for their interest in Conexus, however, posts regarding non-Conexus events on our pages may be removed.
