Authorize users to view or initiate transactions

Do you hire an accountant, a bookkeeper or even a family member to keep your business finances in order? With online business banking, you can authorize your staff (delegate) to view your statements online at their convenience, without the hassle of paper statements. You can also authorize delegates to initiate transfers and bill payments. They start the process; you finish it by approving or declining each one.

Consolidate your accounts

With Business Online, moving money between your business and personal accounts is easy. See all your accounts at a glance-without having to login more than once.

Automate Dual Signature Approvals

Transactions created in Business Online can also be set up to require approval from two people. Best of all, the notification process between both signers is fully automated. You'll be able to see what's pending as soon as you log in.

Accessing Business Online

Get Access

Come into a branch or call our Member Contact Centre to get set up with Business Online.

Logging into Business Online for the first time

Once you have access to Business Online, you will use your Internet card to login from the home page.  You will be asked to set up their personalized security questions and agree to an account agreement. 

Logging in as a delegate

If you have been setup as a delegate on a business account you can access Business Online by entering your delegate number, instead of Member Card number in the login area on the home page.  You will enter the temporary password that was provided to you and then will be asked to change the temporary password.
