Finally, a simple way to switch your chequing account.

ClickSWITCH™ is fast, secure and convenient. You can easily move your recurring payments and direct deposits to your new or existing Conexus chequing account all with a click of a mouse. It’s your money, so we’ve made it easy to have access to it in under 10 minutes!

How to sign up:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on Payments > ClickSWITCH
  3. You will need to select which accounts you would like to enroll.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Once completed, you have successfully enrolled and can start switching.
Please note:
  • After you have enrolled in ClickSWITCH, please ensure your account information is correct prior to starting a switch.
  • Complete your account information, by providing a signature for your switches. Under the Signatures section, click on the pencil to add or edit your signature.
  • If your switch has not been completed after 15 business days, please follow up with your vendor to ensure your information has been updated.

Switch Summary: View the progress and details of your requested switches.

Switch Status: Track and see confirmation when your account has been switched over to your Conexus Checking Account.

Balance Assist: Advises you on approximately how much money to keep in your old account until the switch to your Conexus Checking Account is complete. To keep in simple, we suggest you keep your old account open for 30 days to allow time for the switch to be confirmed and for payments to clear.
