Before you start you will need:
- The recipient’s name.
- The recipient’s email address or mobile phone number.
Security questions:
- Each time you send an INTERAC® e-Transfer, you need to create a security question and answer combination.
- The question and answer should be unique, however, the answer should not include spaces or symbols.
- The sender needs to communicate the answer to the recipient but should never be included in the body of the INTERAC® e-Transfer.
