We believe an important part of learning and development is to share skills and knowledge with each other. Through our Mentorship Program, employees will increase their capacity for leadership, develop a wider perspective on the organization, turn their dial on leading self, leading time and/or leading employees, and build valuable relationships that continue beyond the formal mentorship cycle. In 2021, over 175 employees took part in our Mentorship Program.

Everyone deserves to know how much they’re appreciated. Our employee recognition program provides a way for our employees to give virtual feedback to one another for living our values, going above and beyond, or giving a special thanks. Our annual U-inspire and Dedication Awards allow us to reflect and celebrate the accomplishments of our employees from the past year.

In 2021, over 11,700 U-inspire recognitions were given, and 315 nominations were received for the U-inspire and Dedication Awards.
