What is the 120-day rate guarantee?

Our 120-day rate guarantee means you’re guaranteed your mortgage rate for 120 days. If interest rates go up during this time, your rate will remain at the lower locked in amount. If the rate goes down within 120 days, we will give you the lower rate. This makes the guarantee a low risk-high reward mortgage solution.

How does it work?

Getting the process started is super simple, as you don’t need a full mortgage application to lock in a rate. Simply give us your name and phone number and we can start the process!

Beginning on this date, you’ll have 120 days (about 4 months) to find your dream home and finish your mortgage application.
