Moving your mortgage from one financial institution to another can feel like a burden. Here at Conexus we make it easy and affordable, and take away any stress you may be feeling.

There are many reasons why you should switch your mortgage to Conexus, and it shouldn't cost you to do so. With our Mortgage Switch Program, we'll cover up to $1,250 of the fees associated with moving your mortgage over to us.

  • The offer is available on the transfer of existing mortgages from another financial institution to Conexus (mortgage balance and amortization must remain the same)

  • Early prepayment charges with your existing financial institution will not be covered under this program

  • Offer is subject to approved credit and payable upon funding

  • The program will cover fees payable for First Canadian Title (FCT) fees, appraisal costs and discharge fees up to a maximum of $1,250
