Meet your Board of Directors

Conexus’ Board of Directors (Board) is led by a dedicated and diverse group of Conexus members elected by our members, committed to driving our mission forward. The Board is composed of 11 directors, elected to serve the interests of our membership. Each director is elected for a three-year term, and may serve up to a maximum of three consecutive terms.

Ken Kosolofski

Ken held a number of executive positions in his close to two decades in the credit union system including several years as the President and CEO of Concentra Bank (a credit union owned, federally regulated bank). He is a passionate believer and a lifetime member of the credit union system.


Ken also has a background serving on various boards and community organizations including the Regina and District Foodbank, Civic Pension and Long-Term Disability Board, Mobius Benefit Administrators, and a Delegate to the Co-operative Superannuation Society.

Kathryn Pollack

Kathryn is the Executive Vice President of People, Safety and Indigenous and Corporate Relations with SaskPower. She lives in the R.M. of Lumsden with her husband and two children. Kathryn has a broad range of professional experience in the private and public sectors and has held leadership roles overseeing procurement, natural resources policy and human resources.

Nicole Fitzpatrick

Nicole Fitzpatrick embodies the co-operative spirit and understands the importance of community, especially in rural Saskatchewan. Her involvement in many sectors like agriculture and education reinforce her commitment to keeping Conexus committed to helping the hard working people of Saskatchewan and supporting our future generations.

Jacquie Gibney

Jacquie is currently the Vice President, Corporate and Customer service for SaskWater and resides in Moose Jaw. Jacquie’s broad range of experience in strategic and operational planning, enterprise risk management, communication, government and stakeholder relations, business development, marketing information technology and human resource management. She is looking forward to ensuring the financial well-being of members while continuing to adapt and advance in an ever-changing digital environment.

Adam Hicks

Adam is passionate about the values for which Conexus stands. He is proud to be part of an organization with a log track record of successfully serving members while supporting communities across Saskatchewan. Adam has a background in entrepreneurship, finance, and IT. He had a fulfilling career over 10 years with the Government of Saskatchewan in various management roles. Currently he is fully invested in building a community of philanthropy and is proud to manage the $100 million of legacy funds that are held in trust with the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation. Adam is an active volunteer in Regina and is passionate about improving the lives of all citizens.

Her experience as both upper management and entrepreneur in a broad range of industries including Technology, Finance, Aviation and the Resource Industry will serve as an asset while navigating the regulatory environment, while connecting communities and members through technology. Her previous board experience includes industries such as tourism, healthcare, and finance.

Ranjith (Ran) Narayanasamy

Ran is currently the President and CEO of the Petroleum Technology Research Centre. He has always been a community leader, encouraging economic development and investment. Ran leads world class teams consisting of subject matter experts in CO2 capture utilization and storage and helps energy companies solve their ESG problems.  Ran won the Premier’s award for public service excellence for the implementation of an Indigenous Procurement strategy at SaskPower. Ran also received the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal from the Lt Governor of Saskatchewan for his contributions to the Province and Canada in December 2022.
