Please call us first before travelling to a branch. We're able to deliver banking services remotely and our employees are available to help you manage your finances through this pandemic. Branch hours have been reduced and some branches have been temporarily closed to play our part in protecting our members, our communities, and our employees.

We’ll help you limit your visits for essential services that can only be completed in person. We’ve expanded our Member Contact Centre support to give you faster, more convenient access to member support:

  1. We've increased capacity to double the calls we can respond to, to reduce your wait times.
  2. We've added a new option for business banking so we can deliver specialized service to those with business related questions. Dial #2 when the main menu prompts you and you'll be connected to business banking support once you reach our main menu and it will connect you with our business banking support line. Please note, these hours are limited. Hours can be found in the table below.

Call the Member Contact Centre for personal, business or agricultural banking support including:

  • Opening and managing chequing and savings accounts
  • Paying bills
  • Transferring funds
  • Opening and managing term deposits
  • Renewing or refinancing loans and mortgages
  • Assisting with debit card issues
  • Resolving online and mobile banking issues
  • Answering questions about account statements or specific transactions • Mutual fund purchases or transfers
  • RRSP, TFSA or RESP contributions
  • Coordinating account applications
  • Scheduling branch appointments for essential services
  • Any other personal or business related questions
