11 Navan is an optional benefit to World Elite Business Mastercard cardholders. The first three cards enrolled in Navan and either transacting and/or filing an expense are free. Any additional users will each be charged $10 USD monthly, by Navan.
12 Assistance coordinators are available 24 hours a day to open a file. Call back from a lawyer within 48 hours during business days following the opening of the file. Lawyers are available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays.
