Conexus is committed to protecting our members, and one of the ways is by following the code of conduct set out by the credit and debit card industry in Canada. The Code was designed to protect credit union members’ interests related to the issuance and acceptance of payment cards, and to the operation of payment card networks.

Your use of this website is at your own risk.  Conexus maintains this website to provide you with information about our organization, our products and services, and to provide access to online banking services. We work with you to ensure that the use of this website and the online banking services available through it are safe and secure .

Unauthorized use of this website and our systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into our systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information on the website is prohibited.

Users are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when interacting with the website. Specifically, you must not submit any content (privately or publicly) that:

Use of Online Banking Services Restricted 

Certain portions of the website relating to online banking may be accessed only by Conexus members who have enrolled in the services and agreed to be bound by the agreement that governs access and use of the services.  For more information on responsibilities and limitations of liability in connection with the use of online banking, please refer to the Electronic Access Agreement.

In the event that any claim or liability arises against Conexus, our aggregate liability in connection with this agreement, your use of the website and/or related website or any other circumstance giving rise to liability shall be limited to direct damages only, and such direct damages shall not exceed $50.
