The Conexus U.S. Dollar Mastercard® is available to Canadian residents who meet Collabria’s credit approval criteria. This includes a review of your credit history through Canadian credit bureaus Equifax and TransUnion. Conexus members in good standing are encouraged to speak with an advisor before applying to confirm eligibility.

Flex Rewards points are earned on eligible net purchases. With the Conexus U.S. Dollar Mastercard®, you earn 1 Flex Rewards point for every $2 USD spent1. Points are not earned on cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, fees or other non-purchase transactions. Points can be redeemed through the Flex Rewards HQ portal for rewards including merchandise, gift cards, travel and more. 

No. The Conexus U.S. Dollar Mastercard® has no foreign transaction fees on U.S. dollar purchases, making it a convenient option for shopping, travelling or managing expenses in the United States. 

When you charge the full cost of your rental vehicle to your Conexus U.S. Dollar Mastercard®, you may be covered with auto rental collision/loss insurance2 for up to 48 days if your rental vehicle is damaged or stolen. 4 Zero Liability applies to your purchases made with your credit card in the store, over the telephone, online or via a mobile device. As a cardholder, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions if:

  1. You have used reasonable care in protecting your card from loss or theft; and
  2. You have reported to Cardholder Service at 1.855.341.4643 (Canada and U.S.) or 1.647.252.9564 (International Collect) when you knew that your credit card was lost or stolen.

If you believe there has been unauthorized use on your account and you meet the conditions above, you are protected by Zero Liability.
