Got your new Conexus Mastercard® in the mail? Let’s get you set up. Here’s everything you need to activate your card, make payments and make the most of your membership from day one.

You're almost there.

Before you start using your new Conexus Mastercard®, there are a few simple steps to take care of — starting with registering for CardWise, the digital account management platform for your card. 

You’ll also want to add your card as a payee in Conexus online banking so you can make payments easily.

Register for CardWise:

CardWise is your one-stop-shop for everything related to your Conexus Mastercard®. 

  1. Download the CardWise mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit cardwiseonline.ca
  2. Click New User
  3. Enter your email address and click Next
  4. Enter your full 16-digit card number and click Next
  5. Follow the remaining steps to set a password and complete registration

Link your card to online banking.

Link your Conexus Mastercard® to online banking and manage your card with ease.

CardWise is your digital home for your Conexus Mastercard®. Register at cardwiseonline.ca or through the CardWise mobile app — you’ll need your email address and 16-digit card number. Once set up, you can activate your card, view statements, set up AutoPay, and more.

Pay via online banking.

Add your Mastercard® as a payee and pay straight from your account.

Log in to Conexus online banking, navigate to Payments > Manage payees > Add payees, enter your Conexus Mastercard® account number, and confirm with your OTP. Once added, you can make one-time payments or set up AutoPay through CardWise.

Register for Flex Rewards.

Access your points and redeem rewards your way.

Create your Flex Rewards account to view your points balance, explore redemption options, and use your rewards for cash back, travel, gift cards, merchandise, experiences, and more.

Add your card to your mobile wallet.

Pay securely with your phone or smartwatch.

Add your Conexus Mastercard® to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay to make quick, secure purchases with your mobile device. Your card details stay protected while you enjoy the convenience of contactless payments.
