We're looking for your input.

Quarterly, we invite members to take part in short surveys to gather feedback on the service you've received, as well as your overall banking experience. The survey invitation comes by email ([email protected]) with a link that takes less than five minutes to complete.

Why do we send you a survey?

We want to serve you better. Your feedback helps us improve our products, services and overall banking experience. It also helps us understand your preferences, see where we can do better and learn more about your experience with Conexus.

How often will you receive a survey?

You may receive up to four surveys per year.

What happens if you don't want to receive any surveys?

You can opt out at any time. Click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email, and you'll be excluded from future surveys.

Protecting your privacy.
