It offers great benefits like higher loan-to-value ratios, longer amortization periods, lower debt coverage ratios, and reduced premiums. To qualify, borrowers need to commit to social goals around affordability, energy efficiency, and accessibility, earning points for their efforts. You’ll need at least 50 points to get started, and the more points you earn, the better the benefits!

How do I apply for MLI Select?

Work with a Conexus Business Advisor to submit your project details, attestation forms (confirming your commitment to affordability, accessibility, and/or energy efficiency), your down payment, and other application costs. After a 14-day cooling period for the applicant and a months-long CMHC review, your application may be approved, and a certificate of insurance issued.
