We’re constantly looking for ways to improve how we serve our members – and we need to hear from you to know that we’re hitting the mark. Your feedback is always valuable and gives us the opportunity to make sure we’re being the best credit union we can be.
One way we do this is by working with research companies, such as ANDX and Insightrix.
How can you give us your feedback?
We want to know how we’re doing. If you have anything you want us to know, please reach out and we will get back to you within two business days.
Resolve a problem
If you need to make a formal complaint, we’ve outlined the process so you know how to proceed. We’ll do everything we can to make things better.
Member surveys
We’re looking for your input.
Beginning in February 2025, we’ll be inviting members to take a short survey to gather feedback based on service you’ve received, as well as your overall banking experience.
The survey invitation will come to you via email with a link to a survey that will take less than five minutes to complete.
Why are we sending members a survey?
In order to serve you better, the feedback we receive from the surveys will help inform improvements in our products, services and overall banking experience. It will also help us to better understand your preferences, where we could do better, and your overall experience with Conexus.
How often will members receive a survey?
A member could receive up to four surveys per year.
What happens if I don’t want to receive any surveys?
You can opt out of the surveys at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email. By clicking “Unsubscribe” you will be excluded from future surveys.
Protecting your privacy
Data is being collected by one of our partner organizations. You will never be asked to provide any personal or account information via email.
