We’re constantly looking for ways to improve how we serve our members – and we need to hear from you to know that we’re hitting the mark. Your feedback is always valuable and gives us the opportunity to make sure we’re being the best credit union we can be.

We currently use telephone and email surveys to learn from our members about their experiences with us. What to expect:
Participants are contacted randomly
All surveys will take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to complete
