Got your new business Conexus Mastercard® in the mail? Let’s get you set up. Here’s everything you need to activate your card, make payments, and make the most of your membership from day one.

If you’re on the Consolidated Pay structure, MyCardInfo is your one-stop shop for everything related to your Conexus Mastercard®:

  1. Visit conexus.mycardinfo.com.
  2. You'll be prompted to provide your credit card information and create a username and password.
  3. Once created, your MyCardInfo page will ask you to set up your account settings.
  4. Complete you account settings and your set!

If you're on the Individual Pay structure, CardWise is your one-stop shop:

  1. Download the CardWise Mobile app from the Apple or Google app store or navigate to CardWise Online via www.cardwiseonline.ca. 
  2. Click New User. On the user registration page, enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your full 16 digit card number and click Next.
  4. Follow the additional steps past entering a password, and registration is complete.

CardWise

CardWise is a simple and secure digital card management tool designed to support the day-to-day needs for your business credit card account. Available as a mobile app (CardWise Mobile) and an online platform (cardwiseonline.ca). Business cardholders on an Individual Pay Structure1 can register for an experience all features and benefits of CardWise, such as:

  • View your account details at a glance, including balance and recent transactions.
  • Customize card controls and alerts within a variety of categories – location, region, merchant category, merchant type, and more.
  • Push card details to Apple Pay or Google PayTM from within the App.
  • View your card details for eCommerce transactions (this includes your card number, expiration, and CVV) all within the platform securely using step-up authentication.
  • View enriched transaction details and history.

MyCardInfo (MCI)

MyCardInfo (MCI) is a secure online platform that supports the administrative needs of your business account. Business cardholders on a Consolidated Pay Structure2 are encouraged to use MCI for their more complex business needs, including:

  • View your current balance and available credit.
  • Track, manage and redeem your rewards*.
  • View card transaction history
  • Dispute a suspicious transaction.
  • Set up automatic monthly payments.
  • Make a one-time card payment.
  • Sign up for paperless eStatements.
  • Sign up for fraud alerts.
  • Alert us when you'll be travelling or when you expect unusual volume of card activity.

Link your card to online banking.

Link your Conexus Mastercard® to online banking and manage your card with ease.

CardWise is your digital home for your Conexus Mastercard®. Register at cardwiseonline.ca or through the CardWise mobile app — you’ll need your email address and 16-digit card number. Once set up, you can activate your card, view statements, set up AutoPay, and more.

Pay via online banking.

Add your Mastercard® as a payee and pay straight from your account.

Log in to Conexus online banking, navigate to Payments > Manage payees > Add payees, enter your Conexus Mastercard® account number, and confirm with your OTP. Once added, you can make one-time payments or set up AutoPay through CardWise.

Register for Flex Rewards.

Access your points and redeem rewards your way.

Create your Flex Rewards account to view your points balance, explore redemption options, and use your rewards for cash back, travel, gift cards, merchandise, experiences, and more.

1 Individual pay is a billing structure for business accounts that offers individual cardholder billing and payments for each registered business cardholder. Like a Consolidated Pay structure, the business shares a credit limit among all cardholders, but the company account instead accumulates the outstanding balance of each cardholder in real-time. Each cardholder under this structure receives their own billing statement and makes payments directly to their individual cardholder account.

2 Consolidated pay is a billing structure for business accounts that centralizes billing and payments under a single Authorized Business Representative Control Account. Under this structure, the business employee cardholders share credit limits and accumulated balances. The Authorized Business Representative receives consolidated statements and makes payments directly to their Control Account.
