Your enhanced digital banking experience is coming soon! Designed with our members in mind, these improvements will help you bank faster, navigate more easily, and personalize your experience to fit your needs.
With this update, you’ll have to sign in with your username and password the first time you access digital banking. If you use the mobile app, once you sign in, you can easily re-enable your preferred biometric sign-in method, such as face or fingerprint recognition.
To help ensure a seamless sign-in experience, we recommend the following:
- Have your sign-in details ready. Make sure you know your username and password, as biometric sign-in for mobile will not be available for your first sign-in following the upgrade.
- Don’t know your username? Select “Recover Username” on the sign-in page and follow the prompts.
- Forgot your password? If you do not remember your password, you can select “Forgot Password” from the sign-in screen to reset it. You will need your username to complete this process.
- Re-enable biometric sign-in for mobile. After signing in to the enhanced digital banking experience, you can re-enable face or fingerprint recognition again to make future sign-ins more convenient.
As always, take a moment to pause and verify where you are entering your personal information online, and never share your passwords or One-time Password (OTP) codes with anyone.
