Our 120-day rate guarantee means you’re guaranteed your mortgage rate for 120 days, allowing you to find a house or renew your mortgage with ease. If interest rates go up during this time, your rate will remain at the lower locked-in amount. If the rate goes down within 120 days, we will give you the lower rate. This makes the guarantee a low risk-high reward mortgage solution.
This guarantee applies up to your funding date, meaning you are protected while you search for your dream home and complete your mortgage application.

Please note: this guarantee does not apply if rates drop after your mortgage has been funded.
