 *This offer is available to eligible merchants that switch their payment processing from an existing provider to Clover Canada (a Fiserv company) and sign a new merchant processing agreement by October 31, 2026. To qualify, merchants must activate the Clover Flex device and process a minimum of $100 in payment volume within 30 days of account approval. 

Eligible merchants will receive: (i) one (1) Clover Flex device at no charge and (ii) three (3) months of eligible Clover software fees waived, beginning from the date of activation. After the promotional period, standard software subscription fees will apply. 

To be eligible, the merchant must: (1) apply for the account through the Clover Canada Direct Sales team, (2) be credit approved on or before October 31, 2026, (3) process a minimum of $100 within 30 days of the agreement and (4) provide evidence of an existing payment processing relationship with another provider upon request. 

Limit one promotional offer per business relationship. This offer cannot be combined with any other Clover promotional offer unless otherwise stated. Clover reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
