Your Board of Directors sets the overall direction for Conexus to ensure its success as both a viable business and a socially, environmentally and economically responsible financial co-operative. The inaugural Board brings together 12 dedicated, diverse members, all committed to serving you.
The Board of Directors is elected by you, our members. After members voted in favour of Conexus, Synergy and Cornerstone merging, the Board Integration Team set the leadership and committees for this inaugural Board, effective January 1, 2026. It's a balanced Board, with directors from all three legacy credit unions. The Board Chair and Board Vice-Chair will serve until the next re-organization meeting, following the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), anticipated in April 2027.
