Don has served on the legacy Synergy Board since 1998, including multiple terms as Chair. With a background in education and leadership, he was the founding director of the Northwest Leadership Academy. He holds several governance certifications and received the Saskatchewan Credit Union Director Order of Merit in 2020. Don is a strong believer in ethical leadership, collaboration, and in Credit Unions as community builders.
