There is currently a service disruption at Canada Post. This disruption delays any mail processes members use while accessing Conexus Credit Union products and services.

debit Mastercards®

Conexus is taking steps to ensure physical debit Mastercards with upcoming expiries continue to work due to the sudden nature of this mail disruption.

If a card was lost or stolen, members can receive a new debit Mastercard in any of our branches during a mail disruption. If you need a card right away, please visit one of our branches to pick one up. If visiting a branch is not possible, please call our Member Contact Centre at 1-800-667-7477 to explore options.

Conexus Mastercard® credit cards

During a mail disruption, there will be delays in receiving new credit cards distributed through the mail.

Make sure to sign up for CardWise to view recent transactions, see your electronic statements and more. If you already have CardWise, you are able to have a digital card reissued for situations involving lost/stolen cards or expiries/renewals.

Bill payments

We encourage members to make bill payments through the Conexus Digital Banking Platform, in branch and at ATMs, and over the phone by phoning our Member Contact Centre at 1-800-667-7477.

Members are responsible for making timely payments in the event of a mail service disruption, even if bills or statements come through physical mail.

Paper statements

Delivery of paper statements will be delayed during a mail disruption. We recommend that members sign up for e-statements.

If needed, members can also request their printed statements at a branch.

Cheques

Mailed cheque orders will be unavailable during a service disruption. Members needing cheques should visit their nearest branch to explore options.
