Resetting your username or password.

If you’ve forgotten your login information, resetting it and getting back in requires just a few simple steps.

1. From the sign-in page, select Forgot username or password.

2. Enter your username.

1. If you do not know your username, please call us at 1.800.667.7477.

3. Once you’ve entered your username you will get a One-time Passcode (OTP) to a default channel (text or email).

4. Enter your OTP to continue.

5. You can now create your new password ensuring it has:

1. 10-48 characters.

2. 1 uppercase letter.

3. 1 lowercase letter.

4. 1 number.

6. Re-enter your new password and click continue.

7. You’ll receive a notification that your password change was successful.
