Today, we announced a new three-year partnership with Big Brother Big Sister Saskatchewan that will enable it to provide 100 new mentees with impactful mentoring relationship.

This partnership is integral to our community investment goal of addressing basic human needs in the area of education, work skills programs, and literacy and it drives us further in the direction of achieving our purpose to improve the financial wellbeing of those within our communities.

Through this partnership, we’re proud to provide the meaningful support needed to assist Big Brothers Big Sisters SK in achieving its mission of enabling life-changing mentoring relationships that ignite the power and potential in young people in our province.

For every $1 invested in Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs, $23 comes back into the society in the future. This impactful work is one Conexus is proud to support because everyone is capable of being a leader when provided with enriching opportunities and equipped with a sound support system.

We know everyone is capable of being a leader and that’s why we’re dedicated to supporting young people to building their life skills at an early age.

“At Conexus, we believe leadership is rooted in developing other leaders. Mentorship is a key part of that and something we're actively promoting not only with Conexus employees, but also through our community partnerships like Big Brothers Big Sisters that offer meaningful opportunities for education, work skills programs, and literacy" said Nicole Westerlund VP, Member and Community Engagement.  "We know that everyone is capable of being a leader and our communities are stronger for it, and that's why we're proud to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters as they help develop life-changing mentoring relationship that invest in the future leaders of Saskatchewan.”
