Last month I shared the exciting news that Conexus, Cornerstone and Synergy Credit Unions are recommending a merger to our members. Today, I am pleased to invite you to the upcoming Special Meeting, where we will present the Amalgamation Agreement and initiate the merger vote.
Special Meeting
The Special Meeting is being held virtually on June 3, 2025 at 5:15pm. During this meeting we will present the recommendation to merge, the Amalgamation Agreement, and provide an additional opportunity for members to ask questions. The vote will officially open following the conclusion of the meeting on June 3, 2025 at 6:30pm and will close on June 13, 2025 at 12:00pm.

Information is available at conexus.ca/vote or connect with your credit union directly by calling 1-800-667-7477, visiting a branch or by attending one or more of the sessions we’re hosting virtually and in-person. A list of the in-person branch visits and virtual townhall sessions (including dates, times and locations) is available online.
Your Vote Matters
You will be able to vote three different ways: through digital banking, online at conexus.ca/vote, or by visiting a branch to use a personal voting station. You will need to have your membership number and year of birth (ex. 1982) to log in and vote.
We are asking for your support in moving forward with this merger. This merger will allow us to make the necessary investments to remain strong, competitive and committed to meeting your needs, both today and for years to come. It truly is a merger that puts you first.
