Oct. 16, 2025, marks International Credit Union Day® around the world. This day celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement and recognizes the movement's history, promotes its achievements, recognizes hard work and shares member experiences. International Credit Union Day has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948.
Credit Union Day takes place during Saskatchewan’s Co-operative Week, which is celebrated from Oct. 12 to 18, 2025.
