Departure of Conexus Credit Union CEO, Eric Dillon

(Wednesday, February 16, 2022 – Regina, Saskatchewan) -- In a letter dated February 15, 2022, Conexus Credit Union advised members that Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Eric Dillon, has announced his departure from his role. The Conexus Board of Directors has appointed Neil Cooper (CFO) as interim CEO, effective February 21, 2022.

“We are incredibly grateful to Eric for his tremendous contributions to Conexus over the past 10 years,” said Joel Mowchenko, Conexus Board Chair. “Eric devoted a decade of his career as our CEO and in that time redefined what it means to be a financial co-operative, pioneering several innovative and incredibly successful projects, propelling Conexus to its position as the award-winning credit union it is today.”

“The entire Team at Conexus is grateful to Eric for his bold leadership and his years of dedication to our organization, our members, and our communities; and we wish him the absolute best as he embarks on a new journey,” said Mowchenko. Conexus’ Board of Directors will engage in a diligent search process to ensure a smooth transition of leadership. “While this process is underway, we have every confidence in Neil’s ability to perform the role of interim CEO.”
